This study explores the metabolic consequences (monitoring metabolomic changes) of TBI in controlled cortical impact (CCI) mouse models, providing valuable insights into both the early and sustained metabolic responses following injury. The findings contribute to our understanding of TBI pathophysiology and may help guide future research on biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
